We use a team of professional delivery drivers to dispatch and delivery your goods at your doorstep. However we don’t offer delivery to Scotland or Northern Ireland. Deliveries are available all over the England except the table of Postcodes mentioned below. However, if your Postcode is included in the table below and you think it shouldn’t be there, kindly call us on 0247 601 5000, we will happily check your Postcode again and will let you know.
All our products come with a bonus of Free Delivery, no matter where your Postcode is, we will deliver it for Free for you, hope you enjoy your shopping on our website.

Highlands / Isles / Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Highlands / Isles / Northern Ireland can be provided upon selecting on the checkout. We will call you to arrange a delivery for you after you have successfully placed your order.
Collection service is always available and same day collection for some of the items. Simply give us a call before or after you have placed your order to confirm if we have the item in stock for collection the same day or the day of your choice.
Pallet Shipping (Home Appliances)
Home Appliances require Pallet Shipping. In order to be eligible, select the Pallet Shipping (Home Appliances) option on the checkout page.
Two Man Delivery
We try to be as reasonable as possible when it comes to our product prices. In order to achieve this, we do One Man delivery normally on small appliances to the ground floor room of your choice. If you wish to take your item in other any other floor than ground floor, please call us on 0247 601 5000 to speak to our professional customer service regarding your order.
If your order is huge items and require Two Man Delivery, then we provide Two Man delivery too but there’s a small charge of 39.99. Please check the table below for learning more about our delivery prices.
Often Two Man Delivery is required for American fridge freezers, range cookers and other large items. If we think, you don’t need a Two Man Delivery, we will not give you with the option at the Checkout Page.
We offer a Same Day Delivery service to most of the West Midlands when you order any In Stock item before 3pm, Mon-Sat. Enter your postcode to see if you are in the West Midlands and you will be eligible for the Same Day Delivery.
Please note: The postcodes we deliver to the same day may be subject to change from time-to-time. Additionally this service may be not always be available at times of high demand.
When you request delivery to an address other than your billing address we may undertake additional security checks on your payment before accepting the order. This is part of our standard security procedure to help protect you against fraudulent misuse of your credit/debit card details. In some circumstances this may result in your order being delayed, therefore if possible we suggest that you arrange delivery to the billing address instead.
We hold all our stocks in Store, so feel free to choose any delivery type. If you want your delivery to be delivered at a specific time, please leave us an Order Note beofore Paying for the item. We will try to match your required date and timing, if we are unable, we will contact you accordingly. However we offer stand delivery between the hours of 7am and 9pm, 7 days a week. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Our professional delivery drivers will notify you 2 hours prior to your delivery through Call and SMS. You can then make sure that you are at your address waiting for your order to arrive within the next 2 hours.
Please make sure that you have access to your properly as this can cause to cancel the order and there will be a re-arrange of a failed delivery and small charge will be applied on your order. The table below gives you a brief overview of the failed delivery charges. This also applied on orders that you cancel 3 hours prior to your delivery as we will have loaded your item onto the van.

For a fee of £14.99 we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your new one. The old appliance must be disconnected and outside your property at time of delivery.
