Shipping Methods

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We MTC Electrical Superstore provide 4 shipping methods currently. The Fastest shipping method is Same Day Delivery. However we offer Next Day Delivery and Weekend Delivery. Our 7 Day Standard Delivery is the cheapest one. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further requirements.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Item(s)?

Depending on the delivery method your will or have chosen on the checkout page. You will receive your item within that timescale. Following is a guide to how long does each delivery method take.

  1. Next Day Delivery: Item(s) are stocked in the Van on the same day as you place your order to be delivered to your address the Next Day.
  2. Same Day Delivery: You will receive your order on the Same Day as your place your order with us.
  3. Standard Delivery: It takes from 5 to 7 Working Day to be delivered to your address.
  4. Weekend Delivery: We aim to delivery weekend deliveries on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, unless you have notified us to be delivered on the day of your choice.

You will receive confirmation of your delivery date and time from us before we start the process of delivering your item(s).

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you have successfully placed your order and you have received the confirmation of your order. You will get a delivery note from us for further information regarding your item. However in the mean time, you can visit this link to Track your Order.

How Do I Place an Order?

After you have added an Item to your basket, simply Select your Delivery Method (if you have any Coupon Code, insert and click on Apply Coupon) and Proceed to Checkout.

If you are a returning customer? you can login or you can checkout as a guest or register to checkout. Fill out the form and select your Payment Type from the right hand side of the Checkout page. Finally Accept the terms & conditions and Click the Place order button to complete your order.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

You don’t need to create an Account to Place an Order, you can place your order as a Guest with us. However if you Create an Account, you will not be asked to enter your details after the first order again.
